Four Ways to Master Matcha

Four Ways to Master Matcha

Matcha Tea is without a doubt enjoying its time in the spotlight, often being highlighted as one of the biggest trends of 2016, although it has been around for centuries!  Its huge array of health benefits make its slightly more unusual preparation methods a little less daunting when you first swap your regular latte for one of the green variety.

What are the health benefits?

It contains huge quantities of antioxidants, helps boost the immune system, can detox the body, enhances calmness, can lower blood sugar and cholesterol, burns calories, and is rich in vitamins.

Sounds good to us, now what do you do with it?  We’ve put together 4 very simple recipes to drink and include matcha in food. Once you have mastered the basics,  there really is no limit to what matcha can do as an ingredient!
